Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items in their original packaging.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the correct warehouse return address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your tiles or bathware in their original crates or boxes to ensure they are protected from breakage during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods for damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
